Refund & Return Policy

Because every Tuft Luck rug is hand-tufted and made to order, we inspect each piece before it ships. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, email heytuftluck.co@usa.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your rug arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized orders and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
